Description: about 5'5 with reddish blonde hair. Usually likes casual clothes like jeans and tank tops. Her costume is a full piece yellow body suit. She has a reddish orange mask with matching gloves and boots.
Skills/Abilities/Powers: Can control the mircrowave band that surrounds the earth, can absorb, generate and manupulate the radiation, can focus on a target and burst it into flames, melt it or make it explode, She can sense microwave signals like cell phones. Angel can also disrupt electronics with her own microwave emissions. "She can distrupt psionic powers of others like Emma Frost or Jean Grey. She can superheat the air around her surrounding herself with a aura of flaming plasma. Angel can project this energy downward and generate enough upward thrust to fly at high speeds. She can life and carry objects and people as heavy as Colussus. loves to cook, teaches english
Personality: Angel is quiet and laid back, still alittle unsure of herself. When she's angry -through it does take awhile-she is it her worse yelling and crying. But all in all she loves to help others and has a forgiving nature.
Background: Angelicia was raised by her father BArtholomew Jones and her paternal grandma. Her powers manifested when she was just thirteen, the trama made worse by the death of her Nana. Emma frost convinced her father to send her to Emma's school, citing that it would be good for Angel. Emma trained Angel personally, never sending Angel out on missions. Part do in fact to Angel's lack of control over her lethal powers, the rest Emma's cruel plan. Emma wished to instill cruelty and callousness into Firestar's personality. Emma hoped to train Angel to become her assassin and bodyguard.

Angel saw Emma as a mother figure, getting extremely close to her. But eventually she foudn out about Emma's plans and attacked and defeated Emma.

During this time Angel was one of the foundling members of the new warriors. She Met Cannonball-Sam Guthrie at an Academy dance, he was in the new mutants at the time. They started dating after this dance. It didn't last long and soon she meet up with Vance Astrovik he was her teammate in the New Mutants. (Justice) They ended up being engaged, and shortly after she finds out that her powers are making her infertile. During this time her father also gets shot by Poison Memories, a gang that almost killed him but he recovered.

Angel had to spend this time without Vance, he was serving a prison term for killing his own abusive father.

She and Vance both joined the Avengers, where she refused to wear a revealing outfit designed by Wasp. Instead making one more fit to her personality, more conservative. While with the Avengers, Hank Pym discovered that her infertility was due to her natural immunity to her powers had never fully developed. He made her a costume that would restore her immunity and heal the damage already done to her body.

She has since made peace with Emma Frost, which has made Angel feel better. Her and Vance didnt' do as well they ended up fighting over her lack of wanting to plan the wedding. She said she needed more life experiences before she could get married. Vance broke the engangment and left angry with her. Angel enrolled in college to become a teacher, in Nyc, this is where she met Mary Jane And Peter Parker.

Peter was catching a shot of 'Spiderman' when he actually caught one of a beautiful redhead in a yellow oufit flying. He didn't actually met her till days later at the cementary with Mary Jane of course he didn't know it was the same girl. SHe was visting her Nana's grave whom was nearby Harry Osborn's grave. Mary Jane didn't seem like she liked Angel but Peter and Angel hit it off great. Neighter one know each other's secret through Firestar and Spiderman fight crime on occasion.

Vance frowned taking in his love's expession, there was no love shinning back just tears and sadness. "What do you mean? Angel when do you want to get married?"

"Well Actually, I don't know. I-I" Angel really wanted to say something that would make him feel better, it's not like she didn't want to get married just not now. She wasn't even really sure she loved him that way, but she loved him good enough. And that was enough right? Who wants the love that splits you in two when you lose it? Her dad had lost her mom and he seemed an empty shell from it. When Angel had lost her Nana she hadn't wanted to leave her bed for days. Nope she didn't want that kind of love again it hurt to much too lose someone one.

"So you want me to wait forever? I want children Angel. A family, what is scaring you so much? Is it your infertility? Hank said in time you'll be able to convieve" Vance ran his hand through his hair, "you just have to tell me Angel. We can work through anything..."

Tears burned her eyes, a baby, that would be the worse thing of all to lose. Something she would love more deeply than any one any thing else. No she couldn't have a baby not now not ever, "I'm not ready. I don't even want children" THe pain shot through her heart as she said she didn't want children.

"Fine" Vance shook his head, "Keep the ring Angel I don't want it" He slammed the door behind him leaving Angel alone, with her tears and her pain.
Plans: I want to play her from where she's graduated from college and she's teaching at a school. I would also like her to run into Spiderman and maybe even Iceman. I'd like to put her back in the Avengers, I read in wikipedia that she was rumored to be joining the xmen.

Angelica was dressed in jeans and a red tank as she walked into the cafe she was supposed to meet Peter in. She was so very nervous it had been so long since they had seen each other. And she didn't even know what he wanted to talk about.

Angel couldn't sleep. No really she couldn't. Angel threw the covers back glancing at the clock. Three am. Lordy, she hadn't been able to sleep since his call. Peter Parker had called her. She hadn't talked to him since they were at that junior college, the one with Bobby Drake. The one they all found out about their powers. The one where she had a crush on Peter while she dated Bobby. Then Peter met Mary Jane and fell in love. Mary Jane didn't like Angel at all. She was the reason Peter and Angel had lost contact.

Angel sighed. He wanted to see her. Her of all people! Why? He wouldn't say. So, she agreed to meet him at a cafe in the city at eight. Angel wondered why after all these years did he want to talk to her? What did Mary Jane have to say about it? Was she even with Peter? So many questions rolling in her mind. Making it so hard to sleep. Darn Peter Parker!

My favorite book of all time is Sleeping Beauty. I think people shouldn't be scared to pick up a children's book. It's not like we didn't all grow up reading them or having them read to us. Why is it so few adults pick up a fairy tale book unless they are reading to a child.

So Why would I suggest a children's book? And of all the different titles, Sleeping Beauty? Sleeping Beauty is that story of a girl born after many years of her mother trying to concieve. I can just imagine the Queen's happiness when she found out she was pregnant. I was engaged once. Found out I was having a hard time getting pregnant. The joy she would've felt...anyways, you can imagine their happiness at the little bundle. They invite everyone to a gala. I'd say party but oh my it wouldn't describe this. Everyone came, bringing gifts. The three good fairies...geez, I've gotten off topic, but can't you see what I mean? It's a classic and who shouldn't read a classic?

Angelica Jones sat looking down at the question before her. And she wondered. What was she looking forward to? Ever since she had found her power, everything was weird. Well, maybe first she'd like to graduate college. SHe only had a month to go then she could teach Creative Writing to high school. Would you believe that even that would make her happy? But she was looking forward to graduating. Was the why because she got to teach? She didn't know.

Now, what was next? Angel tapped her pen against her lips. Why was this question so hard? It really shouldn't be. When did she stop caring? Well, there was one thing she knew she wanted. A baby. She hadn't been tested lately but she had been wearing the suit. The suit that Hank Pym had made to help her natural immunity to heal her. Well it literally stopped her radiation from making her infertile. It was a long story, one she would not get in to writing here. And why? Didn't she deserve a baby? Couldn't she just want to be a mom? Angel loved being Mommy to her dog. She just knew she'd be a good mom.

Now, let's see one more thing. Angel, more than anything wanted to be FireStar again. In the Avengers or anywhere. She smiled, the why was easy. Angel wanted to help people again, to use her powers for good. She pulled the yellow packet from her book bag.
